I was lucky enough to spend a summer sunrise on the top of Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons recently. This is what greeted me on top as the sun rose above the mountain tops, a beautiful orange glow erupted before us. The added icing on the cake was a cloud inversion below! A day to remember!

The summit of Pen y Fan was a treat, distant low lying most as far as the eye could see. Always worth the hike in the dark for morning sunrises like this.
