Pen Y Fan massif, Brecon Beacons

Pen Y Fan massif is a stunning hill. Photographed from a distant valley on a cold winter’s morning.  A glorious Pen Y Fan Winter sunrise. A spectacular day in the Brecon Beacons. Later that day I left my cottage and headed for the hills to ascend Corn Du in the late afternoon light, windchill on this day was about minus 15. But I couldn’t think of a better location to spend a day. The sun shone in the late afternoon lighting up all of the peaks. A truly magical snowy, icy cold winters day in the Brecon Beacons.
