Llyn y Fan Fach lake, Brecon Beacons

Llyn y Fan FFach is a mysterious lake found beneath the Black Mountain, East Brecon Beacons. The lake has many myths and legends attached to it, dating a long way back into Welsh history. A place forever associated with the ‘Lady of the Lake’, this lonely body of water is set against the impressive backdrop of Bannau Sir Gaer. A magical place and one which is considerably quieter than the Pen Y Fan range in the central Brecon Beacons.
