View from the back door photography collection
View from the back door is a collection of photographs made from the back door of our new home in the Brecon Beacons. A small cottage deep in a valley, a couple of woods, a few streams, a farm, making the back door a rather pleasant source of photographic inspiration.
Mostly this has become a weather observation from the back door, whether that be rain, snow, sun, hail or wind. Perhaps I am taking local to the extreme, but having nearly always lived in cities; London or Cardiff, it is a joy to now own a home in the Brecon Beacons.
There is no hidden meaning to the project, it’s just how I see, or what I see out of the back door. A normal observation or my new rural home.
