The Brecon Beacons are Southern Britains highest mountain range. They form a spinal backbone to the South and Mid Wales valleys. The features of which stretch across from Abergavenny and Hay on Wye in the East. Through the central Beacons and past Pen Y Fan. Finally, across to Llandeilo and Llandovery in the West.

Book a days tuition, and experience Brecon Beacons photography (Bannau Brycheiniog) at it’s best. The Beacons have a vast landscape with high peaks, green valleys, blue skies, limestone pavements. A diverse history stretching back many years, it is a joy to photograph. Let Neil show you just how beautiful it can be.

Testimonial from a landscape photography client…

“From my first contact with Neil via email and telephone, I was impressed by his whole approach to ensuring I got what I needed. He wanted to see some examples of my work and then made suggestions to what he thought would best help.

The day was planned with his extensive knowledge of the Beacons and surrounding areas. He choose 3 sites each with their own challenges.

When we met he was such a personable and enthusiastic person. Constantly pointing out things along the way. We went to the falls and because of his knowledge of the area, he took us off the beaten track to areas not usually accessed or known to many, so we could get some different shots.

Neil’s approach changed the whole way I normally would go about things. Making me scout the area. Thinking about what works. His eye for composition and detail is impeccable. He makes you work for every shot. Never telling you what’s wrong, just pointing out little things or questioning you, so you learn to see it for yourself.”
